At Curbio you will:

  • Work with a team to recruit top talent within the Real Estate and Construction industry, and other roles as needed.
  • Utilize Recruiting tools to proactive identify candidates, conduct phone screens and schedule and coordinate interviews for hiring managers.
  • Work with Hiring Managers to discuss open requisitions and updates on candidate pipeline.
  • Attend networking events to gain industry knowledge and identify talent.
  • Write and update job descriptions for Curbio careers page and other job boards.
  • Implement new recruiting ideas and strategy in order to consistently attract top talent.
  • Work with the Recruiting Department to continuously improve strategy and operations.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience within an agency or corporate environment.
  • 2+ years of recruiting within the Real Estate and/or Construction industries.
  • A proactive recruiter who is excited to pick up the phone, proactively contact candidates, attend events, and schedule daily phone screens to stay ahead of the competitive candidate market.
